Facility & Directions - Basalt Location

Our Basalt (near Aspen) location is located within the Willits Medical Center; adjacent to the Willits General Store/ Conoco gas station just off of Highway 82.

Our address is 711 East Valley Road, Suite 102. From Highway 82, turn West at the City Market, El Jebel stop light onto Willits Lane, then take the first left (at the first round-about) on East Valley Road. We are in the Alpine Bank Building and have our own entrance which faces west.
